All uk orders are shipped via royal mail (signed for)
International - £10
All international orders are shipped via royal mail tracked + signed. Please allow extra time for international postage.
If you have received a shipping notification but not received your item after a long period of time, please contact us via email stated below. We will get back to you within 24 hours
We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Returns
We do not offer returns unless an error was made on our part. However, we will offer credit notes/exchanges up to 14 days from which the customer has received the product. Store credit notes will be made to the original email used to purchase, with the exact amount.
